The Brooke County Health Department works with multiple health care and community partners to assist in the prevention of disease.

The health department is part of a Health Alert Network (HAN) that is responsible for sending health alerts and notifications (i.e., disease outbreaks, food recalls, vaccine shortages, etc.) which have the potential to present at their facilities.  If you are a provider and would like to receive HAN alerts for your organization, please contact the health department at 304-737-3665.
